ASSCM is a 501C3 IRS designated nonprofit organization that supports the professional development of students through internship opportunities, industry research and analysis, and collaboration with STEM experts to prepare students for award winning careers. We are committed to transforming lives and impacting the community through supply chain, manufacturing, and robotics technology SMaRT programs. Our resources and research initiatives help students to learn job training skills and critical thinking habits that foster innovation for improvement in processes for emerging industries.

We are a network and skill building resource for students and business professionals through our community outreach efforts that include educational seminars, presentations at local high schools, and collaboration with SMaRT employers looking for qualified candidates. Sponsorships and donations help us to conduct our yearly programs and community outreach that increases student enrollment, student engagement, and economic growth in the North Alabama region. With your donation, we can consistently empower individuals, foster innovative processes, and drive economic growth in our community.

Empowering Future Leaders – We provide scholarships and training opportunities to aspiring individuals that enable them to pursue challenging careers that impact supply chain and manufacturing industries.
Innovation and Research – Our research initiatives review current market trends and technological advancements in the industry and incorporate data into the programs to create an environment for creative thinking and innovation. Students get a chance to create processes that improve efficiency and reduce environmental impact for sustainability.
Community Impact – Establish outreach programs by collaborating with local high schools, colleges and universities, and businesses to create a shared system of knowledge and skill development for prospective students. We firmly believe that the future of supply chain and manufacturing in Huntsville, Alabama is built on the foundation of education, innovation and collaboration.
